Sterling Silver Bolo Medical Alert Bracelet Adjustable Slider

Sterling Silver bolo chain medical alert bracelet is gorgeously simple. Adjustable slide ball can loosen and tighten to fit most any wrist. Slider Bracelet's personalized brushed silver 3/4" concave disc and is hand stamped with star of life and up to 5 lines of text: two lines with 3 letters each and three lines with up to 8 letters each. Order based on how many letters you are requesting in total. At its largest, the bracelet is about 9.5".
