Gold Filled Personalized Charm Bracelet Gold Filled Medical Alert

Charm Bracelet is 14K gold filled and dainty. Medical Alert Bracelet comes with one 5/8" golf filled disc hand stamped with the medical alert symbol. Choose number of extra 1/2" discs to personalize. Each disc can fit up to 3 lines with max 6-8 characters each.  NOTE: Sizes 7.5 and 8" will have an extender.

NOTE: Unfortunately, orders requesting more characters than selected will be automatically canceled and refunded. 

HAND STAMPED
Each letter is literally hand stamped in the studio. SOME LETTERS MAY BE CROOKED OR UNALIGNED. Stamping is not a perfect art and should not be compared to machine engraving. No two pieces are exactly alike. Listing photo is a representation of the piece you will receive.
